Soda
Sodas are full of sugar. They do not provide any health benefits and are a major contributor to diabetes, tooth decay and weight gain.
Processed Meats
The foods that contain a great amount of nitrates, sodium and preservatives are bacon, hot dogs and sausages. These foods can lead to heart disease because all processed meat contains a lot of fat.
Fried Foods
Any type of fried food contains a lot of trans fat and calories. These factors increase LDL cholesterol, which is the bad cholesterol and it lowers good cholesterol, called HDL cholesterol.
Chips
Chips contain a lot of unhealthy fat, salt and other chemicals. These ingredients can cause high blood pressure and weight gain over time.
Desserts
All kinds of sweet treats, like cookies, donuts and cakes, are prepared with a lot of sugar, white flour and unhealthy fats. These ingredients make blood sugar increase and then decrease. These desserts can lead to diabetes if eaten often.
