With fall coming up, there are multiple TV shows returning for another season on national television. Below is a list of new and returning shows coming up.
Returning shows:
“Chicago Fire” is set to air on October 11, 2016. According to Tvguide.com, “This is a drama series following the firefighters, paramedics, and rescue squad of Chicago Firehouse 51.” It has a 3.5 out of 5 star rating and will be aired on NBC.
“Criminal Minds” returns to CBS on September 28, 2016. This is a thriller show about the FBI who solves crimes. Unlike other crime dramas that focus on science, this show is very cerebral and has a rating of 4 out of 5.
“Grey’s Anatomy” is airing on ABC on September 22, 2016. This show is a medical drama about doctors at a Seattle hospital who deal with different problems on and off the job. This show has a rating of 4 out of 5. Marie Delessio states, “This show is one of my favorites. It makes me realize that my life isn’t as crazy as I think it is. I love the suspense of waiting for the next episode to air the next week.”
“Jane the Virgin” premieres on CW on October 17, 2016. According to Tv guide.com, “This show is a comedy about a Christian woman getting accidentally artificially inseminated. It follows her journey with the problems and joys that come about her way.” This show has a 3.5 out of 5 star review.

“American Housewife” is premiering on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, on ABC. This show is about a family being raised by an unapologetic mother in Connecticut, a state that’s full of “perfect” families.
“Bull” is being aired on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, on CBS. According to Thewrap.com, “This drama series is about a psychologist who heads a profile trial consulting service.” This show has a rating of 3 out of 5 stars
“The Good Place” is being aired on NBC on Monday, September 19, 2016. This comedy is about a woman who enters the afterlife and tries to make amends for past behavior she wasn’t proud of. This show currently has a 3 out of 5 star rating.
“No Tomorrow” is a series airing on CW on October 10, 2016. This is a show about a female manager who falls for a free-spirited man. They begin a journey together to finish their individual bucket lists.
