Ingrid Hofmann is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and serving as the Spartan Shield’s Editor-in-Chief this year. She is a involved student, participating in a multitude of extracurricular activities: varsity girls golf, is an executive member of Spartan Assembly, National Honor Society and co-president of Economics Club. She has one younger brother, Otto, who is a freshman at PVHS this year. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her friends, baking cakes, traveling and playing outside with her one eyed pug, Nugget. Next year, Ingrid plans to combine her passion for history, English and Spanish and major international relations with a concentration in law as well as Spanish at an undecided four-year university, with hopes to attend law school after and become an International Human Rights lawyer. This year Ingrid hopes to dedicated herself to up-keeping the stellar and renowned reputation of the Spartan Shield and publish quality, relevant and informative articles related to the current events of the world.
