Chapter 26: Lauren Steinhart
While many people may not know her, Lauren Steinhart has a story to share. Steinhart is a sophomore this year who loves being at Pleasant Valley! She has two older brothers, Tyler and Devon. Tyler is studying at Kirkwood Community College and Devon is studying at Iowa State University.
Steinhart enjoys her classes in math and childhood development, but her favorite teacher is Madam L. “Madame L is just super nice,” says Steinhart, “I like the way she teaches.” While she isn’t involved in any extracurricular activities currently, she is thinking about joining track later this year. Later in her life, she plans to go to Iowa and become a nurse.
Outside of school, Steinhart loves to hang out with her friends, play with her dogs, and watch Netflix. Her favorite show currently is American Horror Story. “I like how cool the story is,” says Steinhart, “I’m really excited to see how it ends.” While she loves Netflix as well, she also loves to listen to music as well. She loves pop music, especially songs by Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran.
Steinhart hopes to have a fun-filled sophomore year, and many more good years to come!
