Cienna Pangan, Photo Manager
Cienna Pangan was born October 28th, 2001, in Dallas, Texas. Although she was born in Texas, in 5th grade Cienna moved from Dallas to Bettendorf, Iowa, where she is currently a senior enrolled at Pleasant Valley High School. She is involved in a wide range of activities at her school, from athletics like cross country and tennis, to art and music, as she not only plays the trumpet, but is a drum major for the Pleasant Valley marching band. Though she is actively involved and focused on her high school career now, she also has many goals for her future. She is very passionate about improving the environment, and states that “I think you should leave the world a better place than when you found it originally. . . it’s the only place we have.” Although Cienna has not yet committed to a college, in the future, she wants to study abroad. Along with focusing on her future goals, Cienna also stays busy now by working many hours a week at Whitey’s Ice Cream. She has three siblings, two of which attend schools in the Pleasant Valley district currently. Lastly, Cienna owns two cats, Coco and Prince, for which she cares deeply.
