Elizabeth Pischke
Elizabeth Pischke, Copy Editor
Elizabeth Pischke is an involved senior at Pleasant Valley High school, and serves as a copy editor for the Spartan Shield.  At school, Pischke is a member of the Arts, participating in the school band playing the clarinet, and singing as an alto in chamber choir. Pischke considers dancing as one of her passions as she dances at Studio A, is an assistant dance teacher there, as well as being on Pleasant Valley’s state-winning platinum dance team. Aside from teaching at studio A, Pischke is also a cashier at fareway and volunteers at her church, St. John Vianney. In her down time, you can find Pischke watching her favorite movie, High School Musical and enjoying time with her dog, Sugar. After high school, Pischke plans on going to college to major in business.
Addi Steele
Addi Steele, Photo Manager
Addi Steele is a senior who serves as a photo manager for the Spartan Shield. Addi is a very committed athlete and is very involved in multiple school activities. Steele has participated in cheer since freshman year as a member of both the football and basketball squads. She’s been a varsity cheerleader since freshman year, and this year was named captain of the varsity football cheer team. Adding to her cheer activities, Addi is a member of the Sparkles cheer team, and outside of school, Addi works as a YMCA gymnastics coach teaching lessons at the Bett Plex. When she’s not busy with her athletics, you can find Addi taking long drives, walking her dog, Sparky, or spending time with her cat, Lola. After high school, Addi plans on attending college in Arizona.
