The new makeup idea

Teenage girls today are making permanent body choices while they are still in high school. They are tattooing on their eyeliner, eye brows, and lips. What is going to be next?

In the past, girls have applied freckles with makeup using a fine-tip eyeliner brush and a cream with a darker pigment, but the new trend for 2017 is to have freckles tattooed on.

This has been a tradition for girls in the past. According to Foxnews.com, “Tattooing will last around an hour and is around $250.” This does not include the potential follow up appointments that may be needed every 12 months.

According to Metro.co.uk, “When first tattooed across the nose and cheeks, the ink appears dark and slightly raised, but it gradually fades to a more natural tone over the course of a few months.”

Advice before getting freckles tattooed on is to try fake ones. Using the makeup to apply false freckles will make the choice more clear. Having freckles tattooed on when they look terrible could be the worst feeling.

Girls are doing anything possible to enhance their looks. Many believe it is acceptable for girls to get tattoos and eyelash enhancements to make them feel better.

With the recent trends and expected body images for teenage girls of this generation, the expectations are higher than ever before.

I agree with this article that girls are trying to change how they look to feel better when actually it doesn’t really make them look better at all and may regret what they are doing later down the road.
