Emily Thoreson, Business Manager
Emily Thoreson is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and she is currently serving as the Business Manager for the online and print Spartan Shield. This is Emily’s second year on the Spartan Shield Staff. At PV, Emily is the co-president of Social Committee, a publications member, a Student Ambassador as well as she is a member of the band. Outside of school, she is heavily involved in dance as well as volunteering in the community with different organizations. In her free time Emily enjoys hanging out with friends and family, reading, and traveling. After high school, Emily is planning on double majoring in elementary education and sociology.
Emily is excited to further her work with the Spartan Shield!
Estelle Treiber, News Editor
Estelle Treiber is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and is currently serving as the online edition News Editor, and the Design Editor for the print edition of the Shield. At PV, Estelle is a member of the Chamber Choir, being a 2 year All-State Musician, and is the Spartan Sapphire Feature Twirler with the PV Marching Band. Estelle also competitively twirls baton and coaches at Ambition Baton & Dance. She also enjoys designing graphics and fashion designs through her business, Elegance Design Co., as well as hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Estelle looks forward to pursuing a degree in environmental design and architecture at an undecided university, while representing that school as a collegiate Feature Twirler.
