Nikhil Saini, Copy Editor
Nikhil Saini is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and currently serves as the Copy Editor for the Spartan Shield. At PV, he is the leader of math club as well as a member of astronomy club, badminton club, as well as science bowl. After school, he can be seen running cross country, volunteering as a math tutor online, or playing videogames. His current plan for the future is to study math and physics in college.
Levi Steele, Feature Editor
Levi Steele is currently a senior at Pleasant Valley High School, primarily focusing on cross-country. He also enjoys playing pickleball and badminton recreationally, as he is currently president of the PV badminton club. Occasionally, he volunteers at the MercyOne Genesis Hospital in Davenport as well as at his church, Bridge Cities Church. Outside of school, Levi can be seen working, volunteering, or simply relaxing in his bedroom, watching YouTube. His current plan for the future is to head into medical school and study in the field of medicine.
Shaurya Khurjekar, Sports Editor
Shaurya Khurjekar is a Junior at Pleasant Valley High School and currently serves as the Sports Editor for the Spartan Shield. At PV, he is the leader of the Career Club. Shaurya’s favorite classes are Calculus and AP Physics. After school, Shaurya enjoys playing basketball and tennis, or just hanging out with friends. His current plan for the future is to study engineering in college.
