My name is Joel Kachappilly, I'm a Staff Contributor for the Spartan Shield Online, and I am a senior at PV. I am the oldest of two in my family. I love to participate in extracurriculars and have fun with my friends. I play JV tennis for PV and I’m in the band. I also participate in clubs such as ultimate frisbee and cricket. I am the captain of the cricket team and the co-captain of ultimate frisbee club.

My name is Sujay Marisetty, and I am a senior at Pleasant Valley. As Copy Editor for the Spartan Shield, I am responsible for ensuring that the articles are easy to read and grammatically correct. After school, you will usually find me hanging out in the theater, honing my buzzer skills in the library for Science Bowl, or playing chess in random places with random people.
