On Nov. 27, pop-culture icon Pete Davidson was spotted at a Knicks basketball game with model Emily Ratajkowski. This appearance left social media and the public wondering: How does Pete Davidson do it?
The “it” in question is Davidson’s numerous relationships with big name stars, including Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande and now Emily Ratajkwoski.
Davidson was born in Staten Island, New York in 1993. Upon graduating high school and attending a semester at St. Francis College, he decided to devote his career to comedy. Since 2014, Davidson has been a part of the widely known and loved show, “Saturday Night Live”, most commonly known as “SNL.”
After joining “SNL,” Davidson became known for his internet and comedy persona. After four years of working for the show, he started dating the pop star, Ariana Grande. The two eventually got engaged, though they broke up soon after.
In 2021, Davidson entered a relationship with another massive social media persona: Kim Kardashian. As Kanye West’s ex-wife, this induced drama throughout the celebrity world, but again the relationship ended.
Seeing as all of his dates are famous social figures that many find attractive, people are left wondering what “charm” Davidson has that other celebrities of his caliber do not.
One of the numerous people critiquing this “million dollar question” is senior Jacob Cox. “He’s been on an absolutely prolific run over the past few years,” Cox commented. “He serves as a beacon of hope for all average-looking men in the world.”
Cox alludes to the fact that many are confused by the stereotype that is seemingly broken by Davidson. This being that, according to many, he is not entirely attractive. Davidson even considers his looks to be “ugly hot.”
Many attribute Davidson’s relationship success with a common phenomenon circling around Gen-Z: “rizz.” This word is commonly used as one’s ability to attract someone.
Senior Alex Banerjee recognizes Davidson’s undisputable “rizz.” “I don’t understand it, but I respect it,” Banerjee commented. “There is a science behind it. He knows what he’s doing. I don’t understand what the girls see in him, but he’s got something and I respect it.”
The Twitter community even agrees with Banerjee. As voiced by numerous users, this case of “rizz” from Davidson should be studied by Harvard.
As of now, Davidson continues to have unimaginable relationship success. He serves as a model for those aspiring to attain his levels of “rizz.”
