1. Happy Joe’s
Happy Joe’s has two locations close to the high school making it easy to access for all students. Their lunch buffets provide a great deal for students to eat lots of food for a low price. Their menu has a great variety of options including pizzas, pastas and ice cream providing something for everyone.
2. Hungry Hobo
Hungry Hobo also has two nearby restaurants for students headed in any direction after school gets out. Known for their sandwiches and potatoes, they have many options that students can choose from.
3. La Herradura
La Herradura provides a dine in experience for anybody with a little more time on their hands. This newer Mexican restaurant will wow you with their authentic Mexican dishes. It is the perfect place to sit down and have a chat with friends or family while enjoying a good meal.
4. Vibrant Coffeehouse
The Vibrant Coffeehouse provides a super comfortable environment that is very close to the high school. It’s perfect for working on homework while getting a light snack or drink. Additionally it’s super easy to pick up discounts here by just showing them your student ID.
5. Cheesy Cow
The Cheesy Cow has the best mac and cheese in the area. Their menu has loads of different mac and cheese flavors. With so many different flavors there is something for everyone. The only problem will be choosing your favorite.
6. Big Dave and Holly’s
Big Dave and Holly’s is located in downtown LeClaire providing you with an excellent view of the river while you eat. This small restaurant will provide you with many different dishes to choose from. Make sure to leave room for dessert afterwards, they have an excellent sundae/ice cream list to surf through.
