2. Take a relaxing bath
Self-care should remain a priority during finals season. By prioritizing self-care, it promotes feeling as “normal” as one would when going to a normal school day. A nice relaxing bath with a bath bomb or Epsom salts helps calm the mind and reduce stress.
3. Do a puzzle
A great way to take your mind off of tests during finals time is by engrossing in a fun activity that exercises the brain. Puzzles do just that. Devoting a little bit of time each day during finals season will help relax that mind as well as give yourself something to look forward to!
4. Eat Healthy
Healthy eating is a vital aspect of excelling on the numerous tests finals week brings. A balanced diet supports a clear and focused mind, helping you think at your best. Prioritize getting lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, getting protein and carbs in, and eating as many brain foods as you can!
