The four hundred meter dash comes in at number three, as it presents the unique challenge of both speed, and endurance. Mastering this race requires some sprinter tendencies, as well as a great deal of endurance in order to maintain speed the whole race.
- Shot Put
Coming in at number four is the only field event on the list. This throwing event presents an immense technical difficulty as well as requiring a significant amount of strength. In order to excel in this event, one must prioritize strength before even stepping into the ring, making shot put one of the most challenging events.
