Veda Gisi, Social Media Manager
Veda Gisi is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and a captain for the 2026 PV girls soccer team. Following graduation, she plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater to study elementary education and minor in psychology, along with playing on the soccer team. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, along with working with kids or volunteering. Veda is excited about being a first-time member of the Spartan Shield.
Sam Brockmann, Business Manager
Sam Brockmann is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School. Sam is involved in multiple activities within the district, including serving as a representative on Spartan Assembly, playing on the soccer team, and participating on the PV trapshooting team. Outside of school, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and hanging out with friends. After graduation, Sam plans to attend Iowa State University.
Joanah Jepsen, Sports Editor
Joanah Jepsen is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and is a captain for the PV girls soccer team. She also enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with friends, reading, and running in her free time. Joanah looks forward to attending Drake University to play soccer while pursuing a degree in pre-law.
