Shalini Chandupatla, Copy Editor
Shalini Chandupatla is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and currently serves as the Copy Editor for the Spartan Shield. At PV, Shalini participates in orchestra and is a member of the PV Ethics Bowl team. Outside of school, she volunteers at UnityPoint Health–Trinity and plays violin for the Quad City Youth Symphony Orchestra. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and playing piano. Shalini is excited to write for the Spartan Shield this year!
Asmita Bag, Arts and Entertainment Editor
Asmita Bag is a senior at Pleasant Valley High School and serves as the Arts and Entertainment Editor for the Spartan Shield. In school, Asmita enjoys her Sociology and AP Literature classes. Asmita is hoping to pursue a career in STEM. Asmita also participates in Theater, FRC, Speech & Debate, and is the president of Model UN. Outside of school, Asmita loves watching movies and waking up super early for F1 races.
